Before our meeting at your home I will complete a competitive market analysis of your home, as well as additional research to help me determine a suggested listing price. I'll also be preparing an overview of my marketing campaign, an explanation of social media strategy, and show you what is selling (and not selling) in your market. Keep in mind the home sales market is different at any given time, depending on a variety of factors including interest rates, buyer demand, time of year, and geographic population shifts.
